We typically meet once a year to update your plan, but we’re here to support you as life unfolds and financial decisions need to be made.
We provide ongoing discretionary management for most of our clients’ investable assets, held in custody at Raymond James. Our investment approach is straightforward, passive, and fee-conscious, ensuring your portfolio remains diversified, low-cost, and aligned with your risk tolerance and financial profile. While portfolio compositions vary, we often use highly liquid exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds, as well as fixed income instruments.
In all that we do, we focus on long-term tax optimization. This means minimizing the taxes paid throughout your lifetime, and possibly your heirs’ lifetimes.
Service Models
Assets Under Management (AUM) model: Some clients prefer us to manage their financial assets, and for a fee based on portfolio value, we provide all-inclusive services as needed.
Consulting model: Some clients prefer to manage their own financial assets or have assets held in employer plans that don't allow outside management. Others need specific answers to specific questions and nothing more. For these clients, we offer services at a fixed fee or hourly rates, depending on the situation.
Once we get to know you, it’s usually clear which model makes the most sense. We'll help you decide.
What it costs
AUM model fees range from 0.75% to 1.25% per year, based on the value of assets we manage. The fee is collected quarterly.
Consulting model fees are hourly or fixed, depending on the project, and are based on hourly rates between $200 and $500.
